Judge's Ruling Favors Sanderson Farms Proposal

It appears a poultry processing company will be allowed to move forward with plans to build a processing plant in Nash County.

North Carolina Superior Court Judge Russell Duke Junior has derailed a lawsuit by 30 Nash and Wilson County residents trying to block Sanderson Farms from setting up that plant.

The judge found no evidence that Nash County violated normal zoning practices in approving the site for Sanderson Farms, as the residents claimed.

It is not yet known if the residents will appeal the judge's ruling.

File a suit in Federal Court and name Sanderson Farms, Robbie Davis, Gateway - and all involved in a criminal conspiracy. We will get nowhere in the biased superior court of Nash County - who are dedicated to protecting their own political payoff favorites. Property owner attorneys:take off the "sweet gloves" - and realize we're being outspent with tax payer dollars and OUT-MANUVERED by crooks on the take. Rose Ann Shearin - Nashville nc
