O K people here's the inside scoop. The man wanted a pulitzer. He thought the best way to do this would be an unannounced, undercover story. He opted to handle how the local authorities handled DWI cases as well as being able to verify some of the lawyers ads that go through the Daily News down here. We are afterall a military town and we get a few of those. Truism in the journalistics made him opt not to notify the locals. He knew if he wanted it(the story), he would have been handwalked through. This will all be out in a future story. Is this really a story, people get DWI's all of the time. Maybe the guy made one bad decision, now on top of everything else that he is going through he has to be publicly humiliated. I don't agree with this at all. We have plenty of people all around us that have good paying jobs, work for our towns, cities, counties, etc that get DWI's. Probably not the best way to handle this.

I agree with all of your statements. Show the child molestors and the REAL criminals. I admit that he should not have been on the road while drinking but I would bet if a survey was conducted, the percentages of the ones that have in the past would probably shock everyone!!!
