A Halifax County deputy discovered over 15 grams of marijuana during a traffic violation stop.
The deputy stopped Kendell Taylor, 30, on Highway 301 outside of Enfield around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday. After investigating, the law enforcement official found 22 pink bags and another plastic bag of marijuana.
Taylor was arrested and is facing charges of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $5,500 bond and an August 24 court date.
