As the investigation into several gang-related shootings continues in Greenville, police say they've been able to tie more cases together.
In addition to seven shootings in the span of nine days, the latest last Saturday, police say a June 18th shooting was also connected to recent gang activity.
Travis Pittman was shot in the 1600 block of West 3rd street around 4:00 a.m. Police say they're confident they know who the suspects are in these cases, but say the victims have not been too helpful.
Chief William Anderson says members of rival gangs have been behind these shootings. He says there have been new developments in the cases, but nothing the department is ready to release.
