A social services group in the east is giving back even more to the community this holiday season.
Paradigm Incorporated in Greenville hosted a free community feast for an early Thanksgiving Tuesday with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and even something for your sweet tooth. The group offers a variety of services for people with developmental and other disabilities, but the free feasts Tuesday and Wednesday are all about welcoming others in.
"It's important for us here at Paradigm that we treat the people we support like a family, and we want to extend that family philosophy out into the community," said Paradigm Coordinator Erica Harris.
Paradigm's second free Thanksgiving meal will be served noon to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. It's located next to Excel Fitness on 10th Street in Greenville.
