Fort Bragg Soldier Killed In Greenville Laid To Rest

A Fort Bragg paratrooper stabbed and killed in Greenville last month was laid to rest Tuesday.

Private First Class, Keyonn Parkin's funeral was in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas. Parkin was stabbed to death October 28th at a party in Greenville. Police say Parkin stepped in to help a friend involved in an altercation, when he was stabbed by an East Carolina student, Christopher Brauer. Brauer is still in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $500,000 bond.

May God bless this man and his family. Joined the Army and died in thugville. That is a shame. Some college town, not a town to be proud of.
