A father and son have been arrested after Pitt County deputies say they found 21 marijuana plants with a street value of $42,000 behind their home outside of Grifton.
Officials say 25-year-old Bobby Wallace and 60-year-old Bobby Bright have been charged with manufacturing marijuana.
The Pitt County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit found the marijuana plants behind the home on Norman Drive on October 6th after an anonymous tip.
Both Wallace and Bright are in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.
