Time is running out for people affected by the deadly tornadoes in April to apply for assistance from FEMA.
Monday June 20 is the last day to apply for help from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. It is also the deadline to apply for loans from the Small Business Administration.
FEMA says more than $14.7 million in federal and state disaster assistance grants and loans are helping North Carolinians recover from the April 16th storms.
To apply for assistance visit FEMA's website at www.DisasterAssistance.gov or call 800-621-FEMA (3362).
