Continue to waste taxes/resources on a failed drug war. 40 yrs and a trillion $ and we're right where we statrted. Alcohol and cigarettes kill tens of thousands every year and pot none, yet we still follow failed policy based on rhetoric and not fact. If a person gets high on pot versus alcohol, who cares??!! Police should be arresting folks for murder, rape, etc. Alcohol is the gateway drug not pot!! Folks wouldn't be exposed to hard drugs if pot was legal, regulated and taxed, you know like alcohol!! Prohibition doesn't work for folks altering their mood!! It makes the problem worse!! Treatment and prevention work!! Prohibition does not and it cost more!!!!!

Independant Pharmaceutical Reps ...the government should subsidize them and help get them going, (small business loan?) I'd vote for that. While we're at it, make alcohol illegal in all 50 states.
