Amen proud dad! There's too many ignorant people who like to troll on these boards making negative, most of them which probably did'nt have close to the grades to get into East Carolina. I bet they don't even respect themselves.

Unknown? To who? Basically nobody in the United States! If East Carolina was unknown, then schools like Wake Forest, UNC-W, Elon, and App State would be unknown. You are delusional.

This is fantastic to see. It's another reason why ECU is a great school to go to. Way to go Pirates! It will even be better to have titles coming from both Columbus and Omaha the same year. Maybe this will get Billy Godwin's boys to step it up for a great run at least to Omaha!

They beat Fla. State's club team to win the title. I am sure Fla. State wished they would have won. All major schools have club teams. Whats your point? Do you understand anything about baseball?

Way to go guys and congratulations on bringing the national championship back to Greenville and an extended congratulations goes out to M.J. Mackey on winning the MVP. It seems as if Northside High School breeds champions. First C.J. and now M.J.! These guys painted Columbus Georgia purple.
