Deputies and Officers from the Carteret County Sheriff's Office and Beaufort and Morehead City Police Departments arrested 9 suspects in the Beaufort area and charged them with numerous drug charges.
Detectives conducted an undercover drug investigation for several months into a ring of drug dealers operating in the Beaufort area.
Sheriff Buck and Chief Lewis say these
investigations will continue and more arrests are expected.
