Authorities say a man who met a person via the internet is now under a million dollars bond charged with statutory rape.
The Wayne County Sheriffs Office arrested 22-year-old Justin Griffin of Liberty and charged him with the sex offense.
Deputies say they received a report of a sexual assault on the north end of the county and say an investigation revealed that Griffin was involved in the incident.
He's charged with two counts of statutory rape.
