Fire crews fought an early morning blaze in a garage outside of Jacksonville Tuesday.
Onslow County dispatchers say the call from the garage fire on Burgaw Highway near Holly Shelter Rd. came in at 4:03 a.m. Southwest Volunteer Fire Department responded to the garage, which the dispatcher said was not connected to a home.
Crews cleared the scene with the fire extinguished at 5:14 a.m., according to dispatchers.
No injuries were reported. There is no word at this time about what sparked the fire.
