Controversial Juror In Double Murder Trial Was A Police Officer

WITN has learned controversial juror Lamuel Anderson, the one who claims he was pressured into delivering a guilty verdict, was a former police officer.

Anderson worked at the Ayden Police Department in Pitt County until October 2006 when he resigned. In his letter to the chief he stated his resignation was immediate, but no reason was given.

Anderson spoke out the day after finding Richardson guilty of a double murder in 2009, saying he was coerced into the decision, and that he actually believes Richardson is innocent.

IN Eastern North Carolina there is a Newspaper called " The jailbird" this paper is unethical and unconstitutional. This paper placed peoples faces and their charges prior to them being CONVICTED!!! I thought that we were innocent UNTIL proven Guilty! IF you request a jury trial in NC and your face has been in this paper countless times, how can you get a fair trial when Public Opinion has been formed already??????People we need to unite and end these ELITE Corrupted Officials and their money making corporations that exist at OUR expense.

Why it matters to this discussion I do not know, still you are correct. There are more whites on welfare than blacks so far as total welfare recipients go. Blacks however make up only 12% of the population and 37% of the welfare roles. Whites make up 65% of the population and 38% of the welfare roles.

HMMMMM makes u wonder did he really want to get out .......maybe just maybe he got confused and he was overcome with the truth that he forgot that he was instructed to say and stand by a not guilty verdict....theres food for thought??

Lamuel, you sure have made yourself look silly. When the Judge asked for your verdict, he ment for conviting James not about your conscience.
