Carteret General Hospital continues to run on generator power after last night's tornado.
Minor structural damage has been reported to the hospital, with HVAC fans lost off some roofs, while part of the roof to the hospital's Education Center was also damaged.
Spokeswoman Michelle Lee says the hospital remains open and phone service has been restored, though some services have been put on hold.
Lee says many trees and debris have littered the property, and some 80 vehicles were damaged in their parking area. Crews are continuing to clean up broken glass in those parking areas.
She says no one was injured at the hospital because of the storm.
