I had the pleasure of meeting this fine young Marine SGT back in May of this year when he came to Alamogordo NM to visit his Father,a friend of mine here.I was impressed by how professional a Marine he was as we spoke during the day that I spent with him. Our prayers go out to all of his family. The world has truly lost a fine young man and a great Marine.

SGT Misener was my sons Squad Leader. I had the honor of meeting him at Camp Lejeune the day they left for Afghanistan. His brothers he has left behind will miss him terribly as I know his family will. To SGT Miseners family, I am so sorry for your loss. Jonathan said SGT Misener was the best. You will be in my prayers.

Many Afgan boys learn how to repair AK-47 rifles before they become teens. Sure hope the US govt. honchos know what they are doing.
