Goober: Had you actually ever thought someone might have called in something, or had you even thought to think, maybe just maybe the Goldsboro Police Department monitors vacant houses for druggies, that seem to flock to vacant houses, and they do actually check them in the winter time to make sure druggies or homeless people arent staying in them and setting them on fire by trying to stay warm. Please unless you see a policeman do something wrong, dont second guess why they are doing their jobs, im sure most of them dealing with all the crap they have to do ( are second guessing why they are doing it themselves), they work long hours, deal with druggies, nut cases and drunks, and i am sure they dont get paid what they are worth. and no im not an leo or a leo wife. Im a citizen that appreciates the fact there is someone there to protect and serve the community from the thugs and rug rats of wayne county and believe me its full of them THANK YOU GOLDSBORO PD AND WAYNE COUNTY SHERIFFS DP

Have you ever thought the police were called to the area for a reason? During an investigation, not all information is made public. The article states it was a vacant home. The police are in many areas all times of day and night, putting their life on the line.

With no news of any crime being reported by the media, I wonder, what were the police doing in the backyard of a private residence at that time of night?
