I used to live in a large city where gang culture thrived. The first signs of gang activity are LITTER everywhere in the streets. This is a sign that the area is "not under rule of law" as normal citizens know it. The next sign is rampant property crime, which is often treated lightly by local LEOs and DAs. The situation spirals out of control from there. If our local LEOs would enforce the litetring laws, the window tint laws, speeding laws, and property crime laws, they would already have access to many of these guys. When these types figure out local LEOs mean business and intend to maintain order in their town, they will often at least go somewhere else to operate. If the laws are uniformly enforced everywhere, there will be fewer and fewer places open to their type of business. Trust me on this.

Nice post! I agree totally...the cars with the tint too dark and the music too loud (both violations) - pull em over and find the guns and drugs and warrants!

He wouldn't even think of working. Drug money is easier than a hard days work. Either way we pay for it, I'd rather pay to keep this fine upstanding citizen locked up. Hope he links his new bling of prison chic.

This bozo isnt a gang member. He jus hangs with a group of punks who wear red so they feel protected and dont have to fight alone. When i hear about some bloods shooting some crips then maybe. Send his but to prison in cali and see wht he does then. CLOWN

From Raleigh? I used to go to school with a Nigel Gray here in Greenville. Been so many years, can't tell if it is him or not. Does he have ties to Pitt County or just dealing here?
