Silver Alert Cancelled For Rocky Mount Man
The Silver Alert for a missing endangered man in Rocky Mount has been cancelled.
Citizens were asked to be on the lookout for Jose Garcia, 23, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
The 23-year-old Garcia was found safe today.
