A cold front will sweep across eastern North Carolina early Saturday causing gusty winds and cool temperatures. Highs Saturday should hit the lower to middle 60s under partly sunny skies. Winds will gust from the west at 20 to 30 mph during the day. The relative humidity will be fairly low and that may cause an increase in fire danger. Winds will diminish Saturday night as lows fall into the upper 30s. Skies should be mostly sunny with highs in the middle to upper 60s by Sunday afternoon.
