Eastern North Carolina will experience one more night of winter chilly before a nice warm-up for the latter portion of the week. We'll see lows in the upper 20 overnight except lower 30s along the beaches. The high pressure responsible for the cold air will move offshore early Wednesday and allow warmer air to invade the area by the afternoon. Highs will hit the upper 50s to lower 60s with light winds. Even warmer air is headed our way for Thursday and Friday. Highs Thursday will be in the upper 60s and middle 70s can be expected by Friday afternoon.
