Cold and dry conditions will continue through Tuesday. Overnight lows will dip into the upper teens to lower 20s. Black ice is likely to develop on roadways due to the frigid temperatures and travel is not recommended. Temperatures will reach the middle to upper 30s Tuesday and that should help melt some of the ice and snow. Warmer temperatures are on the way for Wednesday and the end of the week. In fact, we could see highs in the 60s for the first weekend of the New Year.
