The Martin County Career and Technical Education Program hosted a career fair on Friday.
It was held at E. J. Hayes School in Williamston.
Presenters brought trucks, vehicles and equipment to talk to third through fifth-graders about careeres.
The focus of the program is to provide all students with a strong foundation of academic and technical skills that will prepare them for successful careers and lifelong learning.
More than 400 students were expected to attend. WITN's Clayton Bauman was on hand to talk with the students and show them the equipment he uses to report the news.
