2 Suspects Wanted For Dog Collar Assault, Robbery

The search is on for two suspects wanted for using a dog collar to assault a man.

Rocky Mount Police say 28 year-old Aaron Simmons and 30-year-old Amanda Spencer of Wilson forced their way into the home of an acquaintance at 1018 Williford street and attempted to strangle him with the dog collar.

The victim was able to escape and get help. Police say the suspects stole money, a car and a phone. The car was later found but the suspects have not been located.

    Seems you can't even give a stranger a ride home from the mall in RM without getting robbed. Is robbery the #1 occupation in this area? Maybe B&E?

    Here it comes! Stand By. Next headlines will about Bev outlawing or banning ALL dog collars. Leashes to be sold by permit only. China will start producing "velvet" dog collars for walmart so no bodily harm to humans can happen again. People will buy them too. This sounds like drugs to me. LOL
