2 Arrested In Greenville Drug, Guns Bust

An investigation into illegal firearms sales and cocaine possession led to two arrests in Greenville.

The Greenville Regional Drug Task Force and gang unit, along with the DEA from Raleigh, arrested Joel Williams of Snow Hill and Antre Jones of Ayden October 27th.

Williams is charged with possession of a firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, and conspiracy. He's in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $2 million bond. Jones is charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, and conspiracy. His bond was set at $100,000.

    These people would not work a good job if it was given to them. As far as the bond being set high, He,s not going anywhwere that he doesn't belong.

      i dont think so. seems like these people wanted fast money, not to have to go through school and the employment process to get it. laws are important, just wish theyd punish people longer for breaking them.

    2 million bond the man that murdererd a man fri, night did'nt get a bond that high. what is going on in this world.

    Impossible. We have nine zillion gun laws in place, so this couldn't have happened. I guess we need more laws, huh?
