Multiple wrestlers from Eastern Carolina in the 2A, 3A and 4A conferences are still in the running for state titles.

The championship event is underway at the Greensboro Coliseum. These three conferences have completed two matches in the championship bracket. The event runs through Saturday.

One of the 22 wrestlers from Eastern Carolina is Washington High School Senior Marquin Hill, who won a state title last year.
