Murder Suspect Returned To Pitt County After Atlanta Arrest

Hysuan Daniels was processed at the Pitt County Detention Center Tuesday. Daniels fled to Atlanta where he was arrested by U.S. Marshal's December 15th. Daniels was wanted for the December 1st shooting death of Malcolm Washington. Police say Daniels and Washington went to a duplex on Elkin Ridge Drive inn Greenville that night with the intentions of robbing a man. During the robbery Washington was shot once in the back and ultimately collapsed in the front yard of 4104 Elkin Ridge Drive.

    This guy killed a guy in the process of committing a felony. Free pass.

      This guy killed his partner while they were BOTH in the process of committing a felony. Free pass to death row.
