The nurses here are working under nightmarish conditions. The CEO is acting like a two bit dictator in a banana republic and firing/ disciplining/ moving nurses around at will and there is a real spirit of oppression in the place that didn't used to be here. I also hear the new traveling docs are often refusing to see floor patients or won't give orders for floor patients at night, when the nurses request it. So the patients are suffering. They are also hiring LPNs like crazy and replacing as many RNs on the floor as they can. So sad!!!!

This hospital has screwed many businesses in this town by filing chapter 11.YOU CAN NOT IMAGINE HOW MUCH THEY OWE LOCALLY, AND THEY WILL NEVER PAY. THIS AFFECTS MANY EMPLOYEES AT THESE BUSINESSES. SHAME ON THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT.

They have started bringing in Travel Nurses to work in the hospital. This started Monday. Wondering how much they are paying them. They bring doctors in from California telling them one thing & then when they get there the doctors see all the lies and all the unusual things going on. Like on doctor said one night "this place is in a lot of trouble and it will come out soon".

How can the CEO think Steak and Baked Potatoe will take away all the bad feelings the employees have. What does he think all the companies they owe would think about that. Did he invite them?

All employees need to band together and call in for a couple of shifts. They will find adm. will not be able to pull the load. YOU HAVE THE BALL IN YOUR HANDS and you have theirs also.

So can anyone tell me if I will ever get any of the money I am owed, without having to spend it on costly lawyers? Just how does bankruptcy work?
