    Well, no questions but two tips: Carry your own dessert (to share, of course) that can be sugar-free, low-sugar, fat-free, or low-fat. Don't make a big deal out of it; just say 'Here's a dessert!'. Eat, drink, and be nice by taking small helpings or samplings simply saying you want to try everything; make up for it the next day. It's better to mingle with the crowd and have a good time than to make an issue out of the food.
