Cup Of Coffee Cutting Down Cancer

Men who drink coffee may reduce their risk of developing the most serious form of prostate cancer.

A new Harvard study found men who drank at least six cups of Joe a day were 60-percent less likely to develop lethal prostate cancer and 20-percent less likely to develop any type of prostate cancer.

This protective effect was found in men who drank either regular or decaffeinated coffee.

The study also found even just drinking one to three cups a day reduced a man's risk of lethal prostate cancer by about a third.

That's great to hear! I suck down anywhere between 2 and 8 cups a day, working in public health does that.

What about the other study that says more than one of coffee a day contributes to high blood pressure and strokes. Forgot about that one didn't you?
