I have always thought all diet drugs are bad. People need to just lay the fork down and get out and run. they will never need a diet drug.

If you're looking for something to HELP you diet (not a pill diet) then Alli is a good med to try. I have used it and had some pretty good results, BUT you have to follow the ditt guidelines that go with it, otherwise you will have the "Treatment Effects" that everyone talks about, trust me on that one! Also unlike all the other OTC items Alli has actually been approved by the FDA. Phenterimene is also a good appetite suppressant but it is a RX only med and controlled substance that requires frequent labs and you MUST exercise in order for a doctor to prescribe it. In the end the best way to lose weight is permenent lifestyle changes in the way you eat and exercise. But for those adults who want help those are the 2 "better choices" in the pill category.

Soloslim doesn't work either... I have tried that stuff twice and nothing! It did nothing for my husband either. Phentermine is good stuff but you have to have an RX. It can also be harmful but works very well! Just watch your blood pressure with it.

I've tried my share of diet "enhancers" in the past. The one that has no side effects and works the best....EXERCISE and Watch what you eat.And of course drink plenty of water. Si far so good.Everybody wants a quick fix for everything.
