The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling along with j. C. Penney about 24,000 newborn and infant denim pants. They are recalling both boys and girls versions. The metal snap at the waist can detach and pose a choking hazard. You can return the pants to any J.C. Penney store for a full refund, and pants bought online can be returned to any store's catalog desk.
