How Does Your Breakfast Cereal Weigh In On Nutrition?

Consumer Reports says some breakfast cereals our children eat are more than half sugar by weight... and many only get fair nutritional value marks.

The group says eleven name brand cereals, including Kellogg's Honey Smacks, have as much sugar as a glazed doughnut. They also say many brands sold in America have more sugar than the same brands that are sold overseas.

Consumer Reports says the most healthful brands are Cheerios, Kix, Honey Nut Cheerios and Life.
