Downsides To Lack Of Sleep

Older women who spend too much time tossing and turning at night, may have a greater risk for dangerous falls.

Researchers at a California Research Center measured the amount of sleep and the number of falls in almost 3,000 women over the age of 70. They found the risk of having two or more falls was higher for women who slept under five hours a night, compared to those who slept at least seven hours a night.
