Training Your Child To Eat Their Greens

What parent hasn't experienced their baby's rejection of peas, green beans or carrots? A new study suggests you can train your child to like vegetables by continuing to offer them every day.

Researchers divided 45 infants into two groups. One was given green beans, while the other group received a combination of green beans and peaches for eight straight days.

They found children in both groups ended up eating more green beans. Researchers suggest when introducing a new vegetable, parents should pay attention to their baby's willingness to open his mouth, as well as his facial expression
