Could Diet Make A Difference In How You Recover From Stroke

Another study shows how diet could make a difference in how you recover from a stroke.

The research from the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia indicates that stroke patients are at an increased risk of memory problems and disability if they have low levels of the so called "good" cholesterol... and high levels of an amino acid, which comes from eating meat.

The problems were also linked with older age, diabetes, recurrent strokes, and minority racial and ethnic groups.
