Traffic Shift On Highway 43 in Greenville

The work continues on Highway 43 in Greenville near B's Barbecue Rd., and drivers should be ready for a traffic shift starting Monday.

The NCDOT says crews will shift traffic on N.C. 43 in Greenville into a two-lane two-way traffic pattern from U.S. 264 to just west of B's Barbeque Road. Crews are continuing to widen and repave the road, and this traffic pattern is scheduled to continue until March 29.

This work began in February 2011 and is part of a $5.7 million contract awarded to Barnhill Contracting Co.
