The NC Center for Missing Persons has issued a silver alert for a missing endangered man from Tarboro, Edgecombe County.
22-year-old Caroll Fitzgerald Owens is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Owens is a white male, 5' 6", 125 pound with short brown hair and hazel eyes.
Owens was last seen wearing a grey coat, black shirt, blue jeans, red shoes and carrying a blue & red blanket.
