Police in Los Angeles say pop star Justin Bieber was not in his car when a celebrity photographer snapped photos of the vehicle right before the paparazzo was hit and killed by another car.
Police tell the Los Angeles Times that Bieber's friend was driving the Ferrari Tuesday evening when it was pulled over for a traffic stop. It was parked on a busy street when the photographer arrived.
Police say the paparazzo took photos of Beiber's car and was struck by another vehicle as he returned to his own car. They say no charges are expected against the driver who hit the man.
