Greenville Police say that a teenager was shot during the course of an argument on Sunday.
Officials say they responded to 506 Sheppard Street for a possible dispute. Once there, police found that at least two shots were fired with one of the rounds grazing a teenager.
Officials say the teen was taken to Vidant to have the superficial wound checked out. They were treated and released a short time later.
Prior to the shooting, police say there was an argument involving several females at the home that escalated into a physical fight. Officials say that in addition to the women, there were several known gang members also present during the fight.
Investigators responded to the scene and are continuing to interview witnesses and potential suspects.
The name of the teenager is not being released at this time.
