It is an important skill for everyone to know and this weekend you can learn it for free from the experts.
This weekend, New Bern Fire Rescue is hosting free CPR classes at its headquarters on Neuse Boulevard.
The classes will be Saturday and last about 30 minutes each. The first class starts at 9 a.m.
Along with CPR, you will also learn how to recognize the signs of a heart attack and how to use an automated external defibrillator.
