Marine Charged With Raping Teenager
A Camp Lejeune Marines is accused of raping a teenager at a local motel.
New Bern police say James Pierre is charged with second degree rape. Police say the 15-year-old girl was raped at the Palace Motel last Wednesday.
Police say the Marine was arrested in Jacksonville and is now in the Craven County jail.
