Man Charged With Trafficking Opiates

Police say a Jacksonville man is in jail after being charged with 10 drug trafficking charges.

Robert Sipper was arrested Tuesday after a four-week drug investigation by Jacksonville Police Department's Special Operations Division.

Police say their investigation focused on the distribution of Percocet, a highly addictive prescription drug that comes from opium.

The 67-year-old Sipper was jailed on a $301,000 bond.
