Lenoir County Home Robbed While Victim Was In Hospital

Coming home from the hospital is usually a pretty happy time, unless you return to find your home has been broken into; that's what happened to one Lenoir County man.

The Kinston Free Press reports a Poole Road resident near Kinston came home from the hospital Friday to find his front door pried open, more than $4,000 in cash stolen, along with a TV and a revolver.

The case remains under investigation; no arrests have been made.
