Greenville Police are investigating a shooting where they say a teen was injured at a party where alcohol was being sold to minors.
Police say the call came in about a fight at 209 Beech Street around 12:05 a.m. Sunday.
Police say dispute occurred which resulted in somebody firing a weapon in the crowd.
Officers arrived and found that a 15-year-old female had been shot and transported by a private vehicle to Vidant Medical Center.
The victim was struck in the shoulder.
Detectives responded to the scene to investigate, and several witnesses were interviewed.
Police say parents of minor teenagers involved and were questioned.
Detectives have developed suspects and leads, and the case is still under investigation.

Update: Greenville police are investigating a shooting from overnight Saturday.
Neighbors report hearing gunshots ring out just after midnight Saturday at Wildwood Villas complex at 209 Beech Street. Witnesses at the scene say one person was shot at a party inside one of the units.
