Two men have been jailed for an armed robbery that occurred late last month in Greene County.
Sheriff Lemmie Smith says Marquise Black was arrested by Durham police Wednesday, while Devon McCollum turned himself in to Greene County deputies on Thursday.
Head's Grocery and Grill on Fort Run Road was robbed at gunpoint on December 28th when two men came into the store and confronted the two employees inside.
Black is in jail on a $200,000 secured bond, and McCollum's bond was set at $50,000 secured.
Law enforcement in Greene County is searching for 2 men they say are responsible for an armed robbery.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says that 2 men came into Head's Grocery and Grill located at 5418 Fort Run Road.
Officials say 2 people were working in the store at the time and that there were no customers.
No one was hurt and an undetermined amount of cash was taken, according to officials.
Surveillance released shows a man armed with what appears to be a rifle or shotgun.
