The driver of one vehicle has been charged in a head-on crash that sent four people to the hospital in Greene County Tuesday morning.
The accident closed down Highway 13, south of Snow Hill, as authorities worked to remove the wreckage.
Trooper Robert Carraway says a car traveling north went off the highway, over-corrected and then crossed the center line, striking an oncoming pickup truck.
Carraway says the car's driver, 22-year-old Alfonzo Lopez of Goldsboro, has been charged with driving left of center and having no operator's license.
Two people in each vehicle were sent to Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, but they're all okay, according to the Highway Patrol.
