Former NC State basketball coach Sidney Lowe has been arrested on charges he didn't pay North Carolina income taxes when he coached the Wolfpack.
Sidney Lowe was charged today with three counts of willful failure to file a North Carolina tax return for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Lowe, who currently is an assistant coach for the Utah Jazz, coached at NC State from 2006 to 2011.
The 53-year-old Lowe appeared before a Wake County magistrate who set his bond at $10,000. Lowe has a March 19th court date in Raleigh.
