Tuesday, five former employees of Bernie Madoff will go on trial for allegedly participating in his ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of billions of dollars.
The defendants include Annette Bongiorno, Daniel Bonventre, Joann Crupi, Jerome O'hara and George Perez...all have pleaded not guilty. The trial is expected to last up to five months.
Madoff pleaded guilty to fraud charges in 2009. He's serving a 150 year sentence in Butner, North Carolina.
