According to Consumer Reports' annual ratings of wireless providers, cellphone companies still have their work cut out for them in customer satisfaction.
None of the big four national carriers had an overall satisfaction score above 72 percent. Of the four major carriers, Verizon Wireless ranked number one with the best service, followed by Sprint, T-mobile and AT&T.
